As someone who travels a fair bit I always try to travel with two things in mind. Comfort and Punctuality.
After travelling around Asia I can only say the mode of transport was of some what an experience to say the least. I was very excited to see that National express operate services all over UK and Europe and was eager to see how my journey would unfold.
I booked my ticket online (national express) which was quick and easy to do. Also cheap, very very cheap. You can buy fares for as little as £1. I had 1 piece of luggage with me however you have an allowance of 2 medium sized suitcases weighing no more than 20kg. The driver helped me with my bags and even got them off for me at the end. This is a personal opinion but I am huge on customer service and I think it really does make or break somewhere. The staff on national express went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and at ease.
My coach picked me up from Cardiff and took me directly to Bristol airport.
National express operates 1,100 airport services everyday. Airport services operate direct to the terminal for all major UK airports 24 hours a day.
Firstly there is always well written signs directing you to the national express pick up point. My coach was on time and the staff were very friendly and informative. The journey itself is around 2 hours and I have to say the whole process from getting my ticket to boarding the coach was very simple and easy. The coaches are modern and the seats are spacious. You are always guaranteed a seat with the option of reserving one ,however I never reserved one and there was plenty of space. To make your journey even more comfortable you have free WiFi and Vuer app which is a complimentary app where you can watch tv programmes, films and magazines on. So no matter if your journey is an hour or 5 hours you’ll be travelling with satisfaction.
If you are heading on a trip soon whether its to London or a weekend break in Paris, Go check out National express. You will not be disappointed, I wasn’t.
